Diesel 'How to' - Pop Star

This is the first of the monthly illustrations I am creating for Diesel's "How to" series featured on www.diesel-fragrance-factory.com. There used to be a backup dancer based on some older Britney Spears concert stills, but she was switched out for the hunky guitarist.

B-Bells

Work in progress; the first image is the final drawing for the letter 'B' in a historical Charleston children's ABC book I'm working on with an author from Florida. I quickly found out, although fun to draw, this was EXTREMELY ambitious to take on as the first spread for the book. I'm still working on color, but it should be up soon. The second image was the original direction I took - but as the author pointed out and I agreed - may be a little too realistic for a children's book.
